Shipping policy

For shipment of our products anywhere in Canada:

 

  • Shipping is free for orders of $200 or more before taxes.
  • You will be charged a shipping fee of $15 + taxes for orders under $50 before taxes.
  • A shipping fee of $18 + taxes is charged for orders between $50 and $99 before taxes.
  • A shipping fee of $24 + taxes is charged for orders between $100 and $199 before taxes.

 

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of payment via our online shop. Delivery is then handled by Canada Post, which will track your shipment.

Return policy

Dumouchel Céramiste’s pottery is shipped to you well wrapped in recyclable bubble wrap to avoid the risk of breakage. In the event that a piece arrives broken, please let us know as soon as possible, with a photo, and we will contact you to evaluate whether it can be replaced. Please note that your orders are non-refundable.
