To give it a taste of the Gaspé Peninsula, add delicious seafood such as northern shrimp, lobster, crab or smoked salmon. Dumouchel Céramiste porcelain dishes are dishwasher safe. And if you use your bowl for anything other than cold poke, you should know that it can be put in the oven or microwave, taking care to avoid thermal shock (see FAQ).
