Allowing you to keep your butter at room temperature so that it has the ideal texture for spreading, the Brittany butter dish from Dumouchel céramiste is a kitchen item you won’t want to miss! To use it, fill the container (with the lid) with butter and compact it. Then put enough fresh water and a pinch of salt in the other container (bottom container) so that the butter is submerged when you put the other container in. The water should be replaced every 3 days, or every day in hot weather (over 23º C). Made of porcelain, it is dishwasher safe.
